This is one of Llewellynn Jewitt's important group of watercolours of Thomas Bateman's collection. It shows some of the finds from the Neolithic burial from Liffs Low.

In the centre is an antler macehead. This is still the only example of an antler macehead from Derbyshire. The other objects are flints, a boar's tusk and a piece of haematite. All are examples from larger groups of similar material found during the excavation. Jewitt does not seem to have drawn every item in Bateman's collection.
