This is one of the beads found with the disturbed Anglo-Saxon burial in Galley Low barrow.

It is a blue bead with a white trail through it. The Anglo-Saxons liked colourful glass beads and this is a good example. Another bead was found in the same area and is thought to be from the same burial. Strings of glass beads have been found in other Anglo-Saxon burials in the Peak District.
